Addis Ababa Educational Bureau Berhan Blind Boarding Secondary School Monday Morning knowledge transfer program was held before work time.
The Sunday knowledge transfer
program was held on Monday morning March 24/2025 at Berhan Blind boarding school on the topic of "Rationales & Strategies to sharpen our English" by English Department head Mr. Gidey Mokonin.
In connection with this topic, Creating awareness of the tittle's importance, title is intended to support the strategy of English language improvement that is launched in Addis Ababa schools in general and in our school in particular .
Besides, He shared some of the strategies that will help us to improve English Language skill and the importance of learn English were from his focused point.
The reasons for Learning English mentioned in his presentation were:
Access to Information,Cognitive Benefits ,Cultural Enrichment,Global Communication ,Career Opportunities,Educational Advancement and Strategies for Learning English are Immerse Yourself in English, Regular Practice, Extensive Reading, Set Clear Goals, Consistency with the participants and other.
He concluded his presentation by saying "Let us enjoy the journey of sharpening our English together".
